1. Ordering & Payment

Orders placed via this website are for in-store pickup only. For delivery, we partner exclusively with Uber Eats. If you choose delivery, you will be subject to their terms and payment systems.

2. Delivery via Uber Eats

Top Thai Takeaway does not manage or control delivery services. All delivery is handled by Uber Eats. We are not responsible for delays, missing items, food condition, or the conduct of Uber Eats drivers. 👉 All delivery-related complaints must be directed to Uber Eats via their app or website.

3. Menu & Allergens

We aim to keep our menu accurate, but items, ingredients, and availability may change without notice. Some dishes may contain allergens. Please inform us of any allergies before ordering. We accept no liability for allergic reactions or dietary sensitivities.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

For pickup orders, cancellations must be made as early as possible. Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis for pickup orders only. We cannot offer refunds for orders placed through Uber Eats — please contact them directly.

5. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards and promotional offers issued by Top Thai Takeaway cannot be used through Uber Eats unless stated otherwise.

6. Conduct & Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive, threatening, or unlawful behaviour.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, branding, text, and layout — is the property of Top Thai Takeaway and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

By using our website or services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Top Thai Takeaway, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of this website, your order, any promotional offer, or the consumption of our food. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or third-party platforms such as Uber Eats.
